Opening of a new First Mallorca venture
"ApartmentBörse" in Puerto Andratx - NOW OPEN!
Several hundred guests attended the First Mallorca Autumn/Winter brochure launch and the official opening of a new First Mallorca venture “ApartmentBörse”, in Puerto Andratx on the 28th of September.
 Guests including First Mallorca clients, members of the legal profession, real estate developers and local personalities, were entertained with live music, drinks and canapés.
 Following the brochure’s original concept it contains a wide range of properties and several interesting articles related to Mallorca. It is more than a property brochure. Its varied content makes it an interesting read and something to retain for future reference.
The ApartmentBörse is a fresh new idea in real estate marketing and is designed to permit clients to browse several hundred apartments in their own time and without having to initially engage sales personnel should they wish private time to view exposés of apartments displayed in easy to view price order.
 The office has on-line browsing stations to explore properties in more detail showing interior, exterior and location photos.
A further highlight of the event was the release of an exciting new apartment development, located in a most sought after area in the southwest of the island.
This early release off plan project presents extremely attractive prices below market value limited until the end of 2007 with very generous payment schedules. This, no doubt, means a substantial appreciation will be achieved.
