Our reception secretaries in each office, under the direction of our experienced administration executives, prepare a detailed list for the notary completion date with meter readings (electricity, gas, water supply) in order to avoid any later difficulties and arrange the distribution of the proportional expenses between the seller and the buyer.
Furthermore, we contact the service companies (electricity, water, telephone, gas, property managing companies, etc.) before the appointment with the Notary in order to ensure that all related payments are up to date.
