The central office building of First Mallorca is located five minutes west of Palma alongside the Palma – Andratx motorway M-1 and is less than two minutes away from the marina of Puerto Portals. The purpose built central office houses a multi-lingual property sales team and the various support departments including the legal and financial team, after sales, a residential rental department and the marketing department, which incorporates the different workspaces such as advertising, design, brochure production, photography, website, systems and IT.

Our central office is conveniently located on the M-1 motorway from Palma to Andratx.  After approximately 5 minutes driving out of Palma take the exit 10 signposted “Costa d'en Blanes, Portals Nous”. The office building and its car park are located at the end of the sort exit road.
