First Mallorca in Port Adriano
On Friday the 21st of October First Mallorca, the leading Mallorca estate agency, celebrated the opening of their 5th and new office in Port Adriano together with the launch of their new autumn/winter brochure. The theme of their new property brochure is Wine, Art & Fine Properties. There were 4 elements to the occasion attended by a massive gathering of over 1,100 guests, one family flying in from Krakow, Poland, especially for the occasion. Guests enjoyed fine wines by Ramon Servalls of Macià Batle, Marc Fosh provided superb catering with 12 chefs and 30 persons serving the crowds, also an introduction to Port Adriano Marina, re-designed by Philippe Starck and the generous hospitality of First Mallorca. A programme of various entertainment and artistic performances accompanied the evening till late.
The new First Mallorca brochure with the French title "terroir" is a harmonious presentation of the successful Mallorca winery Macià Batle and impressive properties one would like to visit immediately. First Mallorca believes in adding Mallorca spirit to their print work and creating a pleasant book of life-style rather than a simple property brochure. "What does wine and property have in common?", one might ask. The explanation we obtained was "In order to produce excellent wines, one has to love and appreciate the earth and the land it grows on. At First Mallorca we equally place Mallorca FIRST". Let yourself be pleasantly surprised and pick-up a brochure in one of their offices.
Robert Maunder said after the event, "It was a truly exceptional evening and we were very happy to greet so many friends and guests of First Mallorca. The comments received during the party evening were indeed very gratifying and we thank all those who gave us the pleasure of their company. The new office, in a prime location in this very exciting new Marina will expand our present very successful Santa Ponsa area activities.
We visualize the general neighbourhood, - property and boat owners will adopt this splendid Marina offering excellent facilities, top class commercial enterprises, generous parking and moorings of up to 60 metres, with great enthusiasm."
