Alex Schmitz has been a member of the First Mallorca sales team for over 3 years and has held the position of the assistant manager in the Puerto de Andratx office. Let us give him a chance to talk:

When I first came to Mallorca I immediately felt "at home" in the sense of taking a conscious decision on where to set the foundation for my personal and professional endeavours.
Mallorca is not only a beautiful island with amazing nature, a long cultural heritage and an authentic Mediterranean cuisine but also is a melting pot of people from many different cultures making it a first class example for cosmopolitan life in the 21st century.
 Nowadays we have the liberty to choose where we want to be. More than 50,000 new residents and 10 million tourists per year share my passion for Mallorca.
Real Estate in my view is a very unique business because it not only helps people to find a new home but more importantly opens up a new chapter in their lives. A new home is the fulfilment of a personal dream sharing it with partners and/or family.
First Mallorca has clearly identified this responsible task and has chosen a highly sensible approach based on understanding the individual and unique requirements of each client and focuses on ultimate client satisfaction, before and after the purchase.
I am happy to announce the opening of our new office in Port Adriano this summer (foreseen in September 2011) and to meet you there with my international team.
