The New Port Adriano Office

On the 21st of October, First Mallorca and over 1000 guest celebrated the opening of the its 5th office in Port Adriano. But it is not only the office that is new to Port Adriano, the entire harbour area was revived with a completely new concept and redesign. In charge of this was the Ocibar Group as the property developer and operator and its associate designer Philippe Starck, one of the best known product/object designers in the world.

The result is a port with extended dry dock, an exclusive set of front line businesses and additional mooring space for yachts of up to 60 meters in length. The redesign has a unique ambiance - with clean modern design with spacious terraces, stairways and wooden ceilings and the characteristic pot lights – that shows the signature of the star designer. All this makes Port Adriano an international marina, jumping into a league of ports like Monaco and Puerto Banus. This is already apparent by the many new super yachts in the marina.

The new First Mallorca office is located at the front of the new port building. It is modern, open and offers 6 advisors tables and two bright red leather sofas for visitors. Outer large wooden terraces overlook the luxury yachts on the quay of the new dock. In the immediate area there will be exclusive restaurants, including the famous Zanzibar from Sylt and high class boutiques and speciality stores opening in the coming months.

First Mallorca is the only real estate agency to be representing Port Adriano. The management of the office will be taken by Alex Schmitz, trilingual as his whole team of real estate consultants. Alex Schmitz has been in the company for the last four years, serving as Deputy Head of the Puerto de Andratx office.
