First Mallorca opens a further rental office in Puerto Andratx
"The rental market is to be taken very seriously", says Robert Maunder, chief executive of First Mallorca. This is the reason for a further expansion by First Mallorca into the rental business with the new opening of "First Mallorca Rentals" in the very best location of Puerto Andratx.
The friendly "pink sign" above the entrance to this new outlet appears next door to the First Mallorca real estate office in the same prime "impossible to miss" location. 4 members of staff work out of this central rental office in order to co-ordinate clients looking for rental properties in the whole of the south west and assist the two additional rental offices of First Mallorca in Palma City Centre and at Costa D´en Blanes. These offices accommodate further staff members especially trained for the rental market.
 The Rental Manageress, Mrs. Britta Elsner (photo), leads this team of highly motivated colleagues in order to assist an international clientèle. Mrs. Elsner has witnessed a substantial increase in rental contracts being signed as well as new properties being taken on and has assisted very actively in the further growths of the rental section within First Mallorca, now established as the leader.
This latest opening in Puerto Andratx assures an independent and comfortable office displaying the largest selection of rental properties under one roof. Clients will benefit from the wealth of services within First Mallorca including its legal, contractual, finance, marketing and administrative departments or simply the impeccable after-sales-service. The selection of properties on offer varies in locations of interest and prices ranging between 800 € and 22.000 €. With a total number of staff now reaching 48 people, First Mallorca has strengthened its dominance in the areas of its activities, made possible by the quality of its product and its strong business ethics they underline. Their staff is treated as if they were clients themselves and therefore hold the key to the understanding of the respect every client merits", says Maunder. "It is a people´s business and trust is fundamental", Robert Maunder adds.
