Motivation is the key
A trip to Bangkok over New Year, travels for the best sales persons: First Mallorca increases its volume in sales.
Recently, First Mallorca held a champagne reception in their head office in Costa D'en Blanes to present prizes to the staff members achieving the highest number of individual property sales during the past 12 month period. The first prize, a 15 day holiday to the Maldives and Sri Lanka, for two, to include a partner, was awarded to Tom Eck, a Swedish national and linguist who has extensive experience at an international level and who has been a valuable member of the company for several years. The second prize, was awarded to Eva Zajícová, a young and ambitious Czech scholar speaking perfectly 6 languages including German, English, French and Spanish. Her journey, again the award includes a partner, will take her on a West End experience in London, staying in one of the city's best hotels.
Team-spirit and comradeship is a fundamental factor in the success of the First Mallorca team. The award winners and their colleagues understand that the only way to reach the company's goals is to work together and contribute enthusiastically their knowledge and help to serve both the purchasers and vendors, remembering the clients have centre stage.
The joint owners of First Mallorca Heidi Stadler & Robert Maunder took this fact into account when inviting their employees to a week long trip to Bangkok to celebrate the New Year. The group numbering 30 will enjoy the luxury of Bangkok's Peninsula Hotel, a private charter river boat on the River of Kings, the Choa Phra River, to dine away the evening and watch the famed and spectacular annul firework display to welcome-in 2008. Whilst in Thailand they will enjoy a programme of excursions including the Grand Palace and a boat trip on the river and train ride over - the notorious Bridge on the River Kwai. There will also be plenty of free time to explore Bangkok's terrific shopping possibilities.
First Mallorca employs 40 staff members including those at the new First Mallorca venture ApartmentBörse and will open a forth office in Jaime III, Palma's, most fashionable street, in early 2008.
Sales figures confirm the management's philosophy : compared with 2006 First Mallorca has experienced another considerable increase in the volume of sales during the business year 2007.
