“Casa Azul” sits at the highest point of the development, with spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea and the city of Palma. The eight apartments set over three floors offer differing typologies of between one and three bedrooms, according to your preference. The three apartments on the upper floor each have their own exclusive roof terrace with private swimming pool and sun deck, where you can soak up the rays during the long summer days. The remaining five homes boast large, partially covered terraces or gardens facing the sea, on which to enjoy a fresh dinner whilst watching the sunset over the bay. Casa Azul is accessed directly via a private entrance with a lift in the lobby to take residents to their homes.
