The project, designed by an established international architectural firm, is a 4 bedroom property comprising 356 sqm of internal space which sits on the highest part of the site facing the Tramuntana mountains. Although entirely contemporary in its approach to space planning, the house is reminiscent of some of the more traditional Tramuntana towns with their combination of dry stone walls, tiled roofs and stuccoed facades. The Architects’ intention was to minimise the visual impact on the delicate surrounding landscape whilst simultaneously creating a magnificent home with generous spaces and expansive views. The house offers plenty of privacy and tranquillity, with beautifully landscaped terraces, gardens and spacious terraces.
