This new construction project is located in the picturesque village of Caimari at the foot of the Tramuntana Mountains with a magnificent view of the mountains and nature. There are 10 flats in total, divided into three communities. The flats all consist of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a spacious living room. The ground floor units have a garden area and the first floor units have a roof terrace. Each unit also has its own parking space. The small village of Caimari, like Biniamar, Binibona and Moscari, belongs to the Selva municipality and is about 40km from Palma.
