The finca was built in 2003 in "loft style" and is therefore very friendly and bright. The house offers a total of four spacious bedrooms, two on the ground floor and two on the upper floor, plus three bathrooms, two of them in suite. In the large living/dining room there is an additional fireplace and air-conditioning (central air-conditioning), underfloor heating throughout the house provides pleasant warmth in winter. Outside there are three large terraces, one of which is covered. The pool has a size of 3.5m x 7m and is beautifully surrounded by Mediterranean plants. All windows and doors in the house are double glazed and an alarm system is installed. The property also has a separate guest house about 50 metres from the main house, which has two bedrooms, bathroom, and terrace. The friendly guest house also has central heating. The whole property is situated on a ground level plot and a large part of it is planted with almond trees (about 600 trees). Furthermore, there is a horse stable with three boxes. The water supply is guaranteed by the own well on the land.
