If you are not in your apartment, it can be lucratively rented as a hotel suite. The hotel organization takes care of all services and actively seeks to rent your apartment as often as possible, if you do not want to live in it yourself, takes over bookings and supervises payments. Of course, financing models (Smart Financing) are also possible and return calculations and utilization statistics can be presented. The models are based on own use for up to 150 days per year.
In addition to the apartment, there is also access to a lounge and 2 roof terraces, one of them with pool.
You can choose between apartments with constructed areas of 46 m²-99 m², 1-2 bedrooms and balcony or terrace, including duplex and barrier-free apartments.
