During the renovation of the finca a combination of modern and typical Majorcan style elements was used. The property consists of two separate buildings. The main house has an open living/dining area with adjoining kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite with Jacuzzi. In the outbuilding there are two further bedrooms, also with two bathrooms. The spacious outdoor area with its pool and the terrace with pergola invites you to relax or to spend cosy evenings with family and friends. The charming village of Artà can be reached in about 5 minutes by car. There you will find all facilities for your daily needs, cafes and restaurants. Every Tuesday you can buy fresh fruit, vegetables and fish at the popular weekly market. The beautiful bays of Cala Ratjada can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. Mínimum rental period of 6 months.
