The property sits on a rural plot of just under 4.5 hectares, characterized by gentle rolling hills reminiscent of the Tuscan landscape. The grounds feature approximately 450 olive trees, an orchard, a vegetable garden, cultivated fields, and beautifully maintained Mediterranean garden areas.
Despite its absolute tranquility and privacy, the finca is very well connected. Palma Airport can be reached in approximately 25–30 minutes, while the vibrant center of Palma is about 35 minutes away. Several charming villages with excellent restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and weekly markets are just 5–10 minutes from the property. Particularly noteworthy is the nearby village of Sineu, home to one of the island’s largest and most traditional farmers’ markets.
The finca offers five bedrooms and comfortably accommodates up to ten guests. An additional sofa bed is also available. All bedrooms, as well as the living room, dining room, and kitchen, are equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans, ensuring pleasant temperatures even during the summer months. High-speed Starlink WiFi is available throughout the house and even extends to the pool area.
The outdoor area is a true highlight of the finca. The spacious infinity pool offers impressive views over the surrounding landscape. Two comfortable floating loungers invite you to relax on the water while enjoying the scenery. Around the pool, there are four sun loungers with umbrellas, Mediterranean gardens, gravel pathways, and a large pergola with three sofas for relaxation.
Another terrace beneath a large carob tree provides an idyllic setting with a small table and wrought-iron chairs—perfect for morning coffee or a quiet moment in the shade. In July and August, several fig trees on the property bear ripe fruit, which can be picked and enjoyed مباشرة from the tree.
The house is surrounded by a generous polished concrete terrace, creating multiple areas for outdoor living and dining. Particularly impressive is the approximately 12-metre-long pergola covered with climbing plants, providing pleasant shade for al fresco meals. Two large tables can be combined to accommodate up to 16–18 guests or used separately for smaller groups. Another covered terrace with sofas, rocking chairs, and an outdoor fan creates a warm and inviting atmosphere for relaxed evenings and sunset drinks.
