The distances that separate this beautiful house from the main places of interest are 30km from Palma, 23km from the airport and 10km from the small and peaceful village of Llucmajor, which has all the necessary services.
Some of the best beaches of the island are located just 15 minutes away, such as Cala Pi, S'Arenal de Sa Ràpita or Ses Covetes.
The property consists of a main building where we find the residence, the pool area with a large porch with chill out area and barbecue, manicured gardens and a third building that can be hired separately in case the 7 rooms of the main house are not enough.
In the main house we find the 7 bedrooms, all of them with en suite bathroom and two of them luxe suites with walk in dressing room and private terrace. All rooms have the highest comfort with high quality mattresses, air conditioning and underfloor heating.
On the upper floor we have an impressive lounge area of about 200 m2, high ceilings with wooden beams crown this spectacular room where we have the kitchen open to a large lounge and a living room with fireplace and reading area. All rooms are air conditioned and underfloor heated. At this same level there's a fabulous panoramic covered terrace from which we can see the vineyards of the estate and unobstructed views of the countryside surrounding the property, including the forest with archaeological sites just behind the house.
On the ground floor of the house we have a closed garage with space for several cars, storage area, a full service kitchen and several historical elements of the old house such as the original kitchen, perfectly preserved.
On one side of the house we find the infinity pool of about 18 meters long by 6 wide, surrounded by lawn and solarium. In this area we also have a wonderful porch with chill out area and barbecue that can also be used in winter and that will make family gatherings a delight.
