This beautiful property is located on the top of a mountain, secluded from the noise as a haven of tranquillity but only 5 minutes by car from one of the southern central towns of Majorca.
The finca contains several buildings, the main building on the top of the hill has 2 bedrooms, 2 complete bathrooms, one of them en suite, a kitchen with all necessary equipment and two magnificent terraces on two levels. On the upper terrace there is a porch and on the lower terrace there is a pergola with a table for several diners. On this terrace we find the outdoor kitchen, a delight for those who like to enjoy company while cooking, it has everything you need, including several refrigerators, gas fires, wood oven and bbq.
On a lower level, there is a terrace with an outdoor jacuzzi covered by a pergola. At the same level is the second building, a spectacular suite with everything you need to stay in it, including a small sitting area and a large bathroom.
If we continue down the terraces we find the swimming pool, unique in design and in its Caribbean sand-coloured finish, the clear blue water gives us the sensation of being in paradise, with breathtaking views over the valley, right next to it we have a chill out relaxation area with Balinese beds and sun loungers.
The gardens of the estate have a separate mention, as well as its private forest with a walking area marked with lights to get lost without getting lost in the total calm.
At night the magic is multiplied thanks to the illumination of the property.
