In addition to its unique architecture, as it has a tower in which the master bedroom is located on the first floor and a large dining room on the ground floor, we can have unforgettable moments in all its well-kept outdoor spaces with several terraces from which you can see the landscape surrounding the property. The most spectacular one is on the roof of the tower from where you can see a spectacular view of Santanyí, especially at night when the lights of the village compete with the starry sky.
The house has central heating with gasoil boiler, air conditioning in all rooms and double glazing in windows and exterior doors. In the large porch we will enjoy a relax area and just next to it a barbecue area and paella preparation.
