On the ground floor you will find the main entrance to the huge loft area conbing kitchen, dining and living area with a fire place. There is another entrance for deliveries that connected to the main area with a hall (second fridge) and access to the technique room (with washing machine and dryer). The ground floor offers four doors to the garden: The back garden (south /east) with swimming pool, the covered terrace with BBQ area (south / west) and front garden (north / west). You enter the first floor via an open space staircase that results in another open space room with spectecular views to some villages nearby (Sencelles and Costix) and the Tramuntana Mountains. The hall on the first floor connects the master bedroom (with spacious ensuite bathroom /shower) and the two other bedrooms as well as an additional bathroom (with bathtub).
