These excepcionally charming premises, located in one of the historic palaces of Palma, were previously used commercial property for art exhibitions. They can easily be converted to a spectacular town apartment . The building, with its charming and classic Majorcan patio, has documented origins dating back to the XIV century, and according to the tradition, it sheltered Emperor Charles V, event that was commemorated in 1529 with a memorial window and Renaissance image of the emperor.
