Lovingly restored in 1999 by the renowned architect Professor Manfred Tumfart and furnished with extraordinary details, the rooms surround the central, romantic courtyard with its original medieval well. The finca is located in the north of the island, quiet and secluded from all tourism, yet within easy reach of Palma and Pollensa. The beautiful surrounding area invites you to hike in the mountains or to visit the beach. The walls were built more than 700 years ago from the surrounding rock. Today, the partly natural stone surfaces tell of the stories of the besiegers and rulers, the simple country life and the history of the noble Pons family who founded the estate. Each room of the estate, its function and history, was studied in detail by the architect Professor Manfred Tumfart. Details were lovingly worked out, exciting contrasts created and rooms expanded by skilful lighting. The aesthetic framework he created preserves the basic qualities of the building and at the same time creates an individual expression through the integration of sculptures. The restoration was completed in 1999. The rooms are located in the time-honoured property. They are individually designed in a modern, reduced style without questioning the charm of the old walls. The rooms have different sizes up to the master suite with 55 m² of living space. The property has a licence to operate a hotel and can therefore be rented out to tourists.
