This special property dates back to 1597. The country house is a listed building and has hardly been altered structurally, but has been extended piece by piece. This finca was first opened as a hotel in 1995. It consists of 12 individually furnished rooms of different sizes. Each offers different special features which give them their own character, such as double rooms with an antique kitchenette or a roof terrace. This Rural Hotel is situated in the southeast of the island, far away from any tourism, in the middle of the beautiful nature of Mallorca. There are numerous hiking and jogging trails in the surroundings, as well as magnificent cycle paths to the nearest towns. Felanitx and Porreres. Fully furnished and ready to receive guests, it is licensed as a tourist accommodation as Rural Hotel, which is already valuable as these kind of licenses are not granted at the moment. The plot is divided into two parts, a plot of about 21.000 m2 with three of the rooms separated from the rest, with en suite bathroom and air conditioning, in this part of the plot we find a zen garden that gives us the possibility to offer Yoga symposiums outdoors and host all kinds of events focused on wellness. This part of the property also has olive trees from which you can make your own olive oil. The other part of the estate occupies about 7000 m2, this is where the main house is situated, where there are 9 double rooms with en suite bathrooms in each of them. This part of the house has central heating by radiators, it has a fully fitted and furnished kitchen, perfect for preparing caterings. In the main house we also find the reception desk, several storage chambers for food and hotel utensils and a spectacular lounge that serves as a restaurant, party or games room, relaxation room... this fantastic room takes us back to the stately days of the house, with semicircular arches and vaults throughout the ceiling and with great acoustics, ideal for large celebrations. In the rest of the estate we find a wonderful swimming pool with an area for relaxing and barbecues and a chapel that is currently used for storage but can be an unparalleled setting for celebrations.
