The house is located in the village center in one of the oldest streets of the village. With a construction year around 1900, there are historical elements inside the house, such as an old well and a wall from the 13/14 century. It has been core renovated in 2021, has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, air conditioning w/c and underfloor heating.
The convenient vacation rental license allows you to rent out the house if you are ever not on site. Andratx offers all year round many, small restaurants, bars, cafes, etc. these are all within walking distance from the house. The port of Port Andratx is just a few minutes away by car.
