This beautiful townhouse is divided into two separate floors, the ground floor was renovated in the beginning of 2022 and the first floor has been maintained in good condition.

Arta is a small municipality of 7.000 inhabitants in the north-east of the island situated about 70 km from Palma de Mallorca and its international airport. It has an area of 140 km2 and has more than 25 km of coastline with more than 25 beaches and coves preserved in a natural state.
Totally off the beaten track of mass tourism, the municipality has managed to preserve the traditions of a hospitable and typically Mediterranean village. But during the summer months the small town comes to life as its terraces and restaurants fill up with visitors who are welcomed with open arms by the locals.
The municipal market is held every Tuesday in the centre of the village with a multitude of stalls selling food, clothes and handicrafts, as well as being a good opportunity to mingle with the locals and enjoy traditional Mallorcan life.
