The townhouse, built in 1880, is located in the middle of Llucmajor in the immediate vicinity of Placa Major. A variety of shops, restaurants and bars can be reached by foot in a few minutes.
The rooms are spread over three levels. In the lower area you will find the spacious entrance area, the kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. On the first floor there is a large living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The top floor is designed as an open studio and offers access to the two roof terraces.
