This breathtaking highlight in the form of a Pardo boat will be built on the first sea line in Cala Mandia. It was designed by two internationally renowned Spanish architects. A total of 447 sqm of constructed area, selected materials and unique design are combined to create a spectacular project that is second to none. \nThe "upper deck" is completely equipped with special glass, which can be darkened steplessly within 3 minutes and thus adapts to any time of day or circumstance. \nThe same applies to the panoramic roof and the shades that can be extended on both sides of the terraces. \nIn the centre is the open kitchen with the dining area to the back and an adjacent lounge terrace, possibility for BBQ and exit to the garden and a parking space for cars.\n \nTo the front, the living area opens up with a dreamlike view to the turquoise blue water of the Cala Mandia. The transition is very smooth and leads out to the terrace, the infinity pool and to the sea. As if you were lying at anchor.\n The "lower deck" is equipped with impressive details, such as the 4m deep glass pool through which you can see the sea from the master bedroom. Likewise, the aquarium-style shower built into the pool creates a special showering experience.\n In total there are 2 bedrooms for children/guests, each with opposite bathrooms. Then there is the master bedroom with an en suite experience bathroom and exit to a terrace.\n Furthermore, there is a home cinema and the machine room in the lower deck. \nOnly the best technology is used: controlled with domotic system as underfloor heating with air/heat pump, iGlass, air conditioning, shading of the terraces. Materials from the nautical world, which are particularly weather-resistant, are also used.
