Pretty Mallorcan village house with the typical style elements which were preserved during the reform in 2004/2005, exposed beams, stone walls, fireplace in the kitchen, well for rain water. The house has a spacious living area from which you can reach the kitchen, there is room to open the kitchen to the living room. From the living area there is another room which could be used as a study and a full bathroom with bath. On the first floor there are two more bedrooms, one of which leads to a terrace and another bathroom with shower. From the first floor there is an internal staircase leading to the large roof terrace with panoramic views of the Tramuntana landscape.
The house was completely reformed in 2004/2005, ceilings, walls, floors, electricity, heating, pipes etc..
